Negli ultimi anni due teorie extra giuridiche, la Nudge e la One Health, sono assurte agli onori della cronaca, andando a interessare anche l’ambito giuridico. Il presente contributo descrive con ampio respiro tali teorie e, mettendo in evidenza alcuni aspetti che accomunano la Nudge e la One Health, indaga quale possa essere il ruolo del diritto pubblico a riguardo.
In recent years, two non-legal theories, Nudge and One Health, have risen to the headlines, also involving the juridical field. This contribution provides a broad description of these theories and, by highlighting some common aspects between the Nudge and the One Health, investigates what the role of public law might be in this area.
